What is Community Forum?
Community Forum is a ministry of our church that seeks to bring Christians to discuss, examine, think about, and engage in issues we believe to be relevant to the church. We strive to be a church that is culturally-connected, engaging with the leading issues, trends, and movements of our society.
About one night a month (we plan about 8 Community Forums a year) we bring in speakers to present and dialogue about matters of faith, politics, culture, missions, and other important matters in order to foster greater understanding and to help us bring major issues before the church body and before Christ in prayer. Our guest speakers come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and we may or may not agree with our guest speakers on everything. The point is for us to listen and engage in dialogue and to have a better grasp on our faith and the culture we reside in. Our speakers are listed below with the upcoming speaker listed right at the top. If you have any questions or topic ideas, email us at churchinbeverly@gmail.com
